23 Jan 2020 - 2nd Draw for Approved Ballot

28 Jan 2020 - 3rd Draw for Approved Ballot

(All approved applicants are given 5 days to complete their registration by making payment)

Ballot Application Details


The following information will be requested during ballot submission:-

  • Category

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Passport / NRIC

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Nationality

  • Address

  • Post Code

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Contact Number

  • Email Address

  • Running Club / Team Name

  • ITRA Performance Index

  • Best Performance/Ranking for the past 2 years (Placing 1st-50th / Finisher) - to include event name, distance, timing, year

  • Target finishing time for the selected category

Successful Ballot Registration Completion


Upon receiving successful ballot notification, you are given 5 days to complete your registration. The following information will be requested:-

1. Emergency Contact Name

2. Emergency Contact Number

3. Medical Condition (you are required to upload GP clearance should you have any medical condition)

4. Event Tee Size

5. Finisher Tee Size

6. Acknowledgement on the Terms & Conditions

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)


Q1: Will there be a group ballot registration?

>> No, all submission are individual.


Q2: Can I submit multiple ballot for the same category?

>> No. However, you are allowed to submit ballot for each category (60km & 100km). During ballot process, only one category will be approved.


Q3: Can I transfer my successful ballot slot to another runner?

>> Yes, it can be done during the transfer window period. However there will be an additional fee incur.


Q4: What is the requirement to register for 100km category?

>> You had completed a minimum 50km (road/trail) within the past 2 years.


Q5: Does balloting applies to other categories?

>> No. It only applies to 60km and 100km. Registration for 15km and 30km will be on a 'first-come, first served' basis.


Q6: Can I register for 15km/30km after successfully registered for 60km/100km?

>> No.


Q7: Can I make logistics arrangement, i.e. flight and hotel, before securing a slot?

>> We strongly do not encourage it. We will not be held responsible for any logistics arrangement.
